Legal Counsel - Sales and Consumer roles are pivotal to our dynamic Sales and Consumer teams, providing pivotal support with commercial contracts, competition, consumer law, and privacy advice.

About the Role
We seek a skilled Legal Counsel – Sales & Consumer to deliver timely and accurate legal advice on contracts, consumer law, privacy, and more. The successful candidate will have experience in contract negotiation and competition and consumer law compliance, as well as strong legal acumen, contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise: Delivering timely and accurate legal advice on contracts, consumer law, privacy, and more.
Draft and Negotiate: Reviewing and negotiating contracts and ensuring they comply with governance processes.
Compliance: Staying updated on relevant legislation and assisting in developing key governance and legal compliance programs for Customer & Consumer Teams.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating legal risks in sales and consumer functions.
Customer Claims Management: Advising on the management of customer claims and legal disputes.
