- Role Description:
The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. He/she needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. He/she should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in his/her absence and share best practices with the team.

• Your key responsibilities
- Review client account opening documentation as per regulatory and internal policies
- Production and control of UK tax transactional and regulatory reporting (PSDII, ISA, BBSI & OI, CT61, SCV, RMAR etc)
- CASS assistance to Client Asset Oversight Officer (CAOO) including preparation, collation and submission of the Monthly CMAR; MIS packs for monthly meetings; tracking of training undertaken; updating of SharePoint site with relevant data in line with regulatory timeframes; updating of CASS KOPs to reflect any rule or procedural changes and working with CAOO to ensure these are aligned across the bank.
- Review the daily CASS reports
- Ensuring all the departments’ KOPs are tracked and updated on a regular basis
- Maintain Error log, and logging issues into GFMS and Service Now
- Attend Operating committees (Global Network / Service operating committee / CASSOC)
- Account Opening (Internally / Externally)
• Your skills and experience
- Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
- At least 1 year experience in client on-boarding / Static data amendments in any Private Banking
- Hands on experience in reviewing client on-boarding documentation
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project timelines

Role / Job Title: Area Sales Manager- Affordable Home Loans (MBL)

Function/Department: Sales

Job Purpose

The role entails scaling up the Affordable Home loan business for the Micro Business Loan branches for a designated area by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team-product operations, sales, Information technology, credit, collection, business intelligence unit for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of Home loan customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area.
• Grow the asset under management base for home loan lending solutions and ensure that the overall revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets are met.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that the customers are offered the best-in-class solutions funding or multi-funding requirements, and key direct sales team are appropriately incentivized.
• Target and Manpower planning for the region.
• Ensure recruitment and training of manpower – Branch Sales Managers/BCM/BOM
• Will be responsible for meeting disbursements targets month on month.

Secondary Responsibilities
• Meeting business target including Fee income and cross sell.
• Monitoring and mentoring the team and creating career path for team.
• Keeping a regular track of competition and reporting new products / market developments to upstream.
• Managing the early Mob X bucket collection and overall portfolio management.
• Managing internal and external audit compliance.

Managerial Responsibilities
• Identifying business areas/ Sourcing segment with high potential and execute penetration strategies.
• Tracking and improving branch profitability and portfolio quality.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience: 5-10 years of total experience.
