We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts Senior who will provide exceptional support to the Accounting & Finance department of a professional services firm in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of delivering year end accounts.

Description

Overseeing and managing financial accounts.
Preparing financial statements and reports.
Assisting with budget planning and financial forecasting.
Auditing financial information and processes.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Providing financial advice to clients.
Coordinating with the finance team on various projects.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and developments.
Profile

A successful Accounts Senior should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, AAT).
Excellent understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
