We pride ourselves on creating the best content, accessed by consumers when and how they want – across Publishing, Broadcasting and Digital.

The Commercial Products team manages a fleet of custom-built systems that perform critical functions for our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance, and Presentation teams. These systems allow us to sell ads into our linear broadcast schedules and manage all revenue associated with broadcast.

Your expertise will help enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications in Salesforce Media Cloud.
Collaborate with other developers in the Commercial Products team to ensure changes, data models, and integrations to other systems maintain a consistent level of technical standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to associate and mid-level engineers.
Strong focus on security practices.
Develop and maintain system architecture and documentation.
Participate in and facilitate team ceremonies as required.
Work with other engineers to peer review code, problem-solve, advise on best practices, and champion a high standard of excellence.
Strong data management skills to ensure performant data operations and adherence to agreed data model designs.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and new features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with proven expertise in Salesforce development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modeling.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Excellent understanding of Agile principles.
Experience working with various industry clouds (Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.)
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
