As a Registered Nurse with us, you will lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional care for our residents and colleagues, aligning with our values. Your responsibilities will include supervising and directing resident care, as well as overseeing the facility in the absence of the Residential Aged Care Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator.

This role involves coordinating client care needs, providing complex clinical care, recognising changing resident needs, and liaising with multidisciplinary teams. You will also supervise and lead care staff and Enrolled Nurses as part of a wider team.

Our facilities are located in beautiful settings, with the Alice Ross-King Care Centre situated on 11 hectares of land in Bull Creek and the Gordon Lodge nestled within our Air Force Memorial Estate. Both centres offer stunning views and natural surroundings.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, current AHPRA registration, excellent clinical knowledge and skills, and the ability to relate to the elderly with empathy.
