Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) Kaiga Site, Karnataka, is inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of 3+1 Group B and Group C positions. The online application process is open until April 8, 2026.
Available Positions and Vacancies
• Scientific Assistant – B: 45 posts
• Category – I: Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (ST/SA): 82 posts
• Category – II: Stipendiary Trainee/ Technician (ST/Technician): 226 posts
• Assistant Grade – 1 (HR): 22 posts
• Assistant Grade – 1 (F&A): 4 posts
• Assistant Grade – 1 (C&MM): 10 posts
• Nurse - A: 1 post
• Technician/C (X-Ray Technician): 1 post
Age Limit
• Scientific Assistant-B: 18 to 30 years
• Category-I: Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (ST/SA): 18 to 25 years
• Category-II: Stipendiary Trainee/ Technician (ST/Technician): 18 to 24 years
• Assistant Grade-1 (HR/F&A/C&MM): 21 to 28 years
• Nurse – A: 18 to 30 years
• Technician/C (X-Ray Technician): 18 to 25 years
Pay Scale
• Scientific Assistant-B: Level 06, ₹35,400 per month
• Nurse - A: Level 07, ₹44,+00 per month
• Assistant / Technician: Level 04, ₹25,500 per month
Educational Qualifications
• Scientific Assistant – B: 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering discipline or HSC + 2-year Diploma.
• Category – I: Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (ST/SA): Diploma in Engineering or Degree.
• Category – II: Stipendiary Trainee/ Technician (ST/Technician): 10th Pass in Science and Mathematics + 2 years ITI in relevant trade or HSC (10+2) or ISC with Science Stream.
• Assistant Grade – 1 (HR/F&A/C&MM): Any Degree.
• Nurse - A: HSC (10+2) + Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. Nursing or relevant qualification.
• Technician/C (X-Ray Technician): HSC in Science Stream with 60% marks + 1-year Medical Radiography/ X-Ray Technique Trade Certificate + 2 years’ relevant post-qualification full-time experience.

Application Fee
• Group B Posts: ₹150 for General/OBC/EWS candidates
• Group C Posts: ₹100 for General/OBC/EWS candidates
• No fee for SC/ST/ESM/PH/Women candidates
