Mover Helper/ Swamper

Job Summary Lifting furniture, and house hold belongings from one residence to another. Packing of house hold items as well as hauling of general refuse and recycle materials to different dump locations within Victoria.

Moving Commercial & Residential Furnishings and Boxed Items, and Appliances. General Refuse Removal shifts can be anywhere from 2 to 10 hour days. We do a lot of Sherriff assisted moves which includes packing, loading/unloading into storage. After 30 days hauling all unclaimed items from the storage unit to the dump.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Must Have Class 5 License, Clean Abstract, Steel Toe Boots, Good Customer Service Skills, Should have a good sense of humor. Be Able to Drive a 1 Ton to 5 Ton Trucks. General Knowledge of Victoria and Surrounding area or be able to use GPS as well as accepting credit card payments from clients with a debit/credit machine.
