Installation Foreman for Park Structures

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to lead our installation team on-site in parks across Calgary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands on daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Driving 1-ton deck with trailer, operating bobcat, and various power tools to build and install structures in parks. Includes carpentry, concrete, epoxy anchors, rigging, and plenty of learning new skills.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of labourer helpers and subcontractors on-site.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly to maintain productivity.
Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a small but diverse team effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all phases of construction.
Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
