You are the entrepreneurial spirit personified—a Senior IT Project Manager with a knack for 'getting things done.' With your extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, you understand the gravity of scope, schedule, and budget yet know when to think outside the box. You’re not just managing projects; you’re leading quests to conquer technological challenges with creativity and precision, productivity and efficiency are the foundations that drive you.

What You’ll Do

Translate scope requirements to project plan with appropriate project documents.
Direct and manage project delivery through entire project lifecycle.
Ensure the timeliness and quality of project deliverables.
Proactively manage scope, schedule, and budget including all milestones and deliverables.
Proactively identify and manage issues and risk, with appropriate escalation as required.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Determine and assess need for additional project resources during project lifecycle.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and continually manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders with professionalism.
Ensure internal systems are kept up to date including project status and resource hours.
Forecasting probability of meeting milestone dates.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Coach, mentor, motivate project members, influencing accountability for their assigned work.
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:

M&A (Merger & Acquisition) experience is required.
Solid educational background in IT or mountains of relevant experience.
At least 5 years in the trenches, managing IT infrastructure projects with tenacity and creative flair
A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams
Holder of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools—your shield and armor in the battle of deadlines.
Proven experience in managing sprawling, distributed IT deployments across various terrains (physical and digital).
A maestro of virtualization and networking technologies.
Exceptional ability to translate complex project scopes into victorious project outcomes
Expert at navigating the complexities of multinational and multi-disciplinary environments.
