Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances effectively.
• Monitor and enhance employee performance through feedback and training.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes.

Qualifications:
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Senior HR Executive or in a similar role.

Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools, software, and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
