Craft Your Construction Career:

Master Craftsmanship: Demonstrate your expertise in a variety of carpentry tasks, including demolition and disposal, framing and sheathing, trim and finish carpentry, drywall, insulation, air/vapour sealing and weather barriers.
Lead the Team: Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, collaborating effectively with Archive's crew and subcontractors.
Champion Safety: Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and implementing Archive's comprehensive safety programs and fostering a culture of safe work practices.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with the Archive team, engineers, designers, and inspectors to ensure projects meet the highest standards and client expectations.
Project Management Skills: Maintain meticulous records through daily paperwork, monitor project progress and quality, and proactively address any challenges. You will be responsible for understanding and adhering to project schedules and productivity targets.
Client Relations: Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication with project coordinators and subcontractors.
Quality Assurance: Monitor job progress, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Adaptability: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team’s success.
