Handyman (Independent Contractor)

Compensation is project-based but the converted hourly rate would be $30-60/hour (around double the industry average).

Responsibilities:

Perform general handyman work as an independent contractor, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks.
Provide accurate quotes and timelines for project completion.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers and the platform as needed.
Maintain your own tools and equipment required for the job.
Provide receipts for materials to ensure reimbursement from customers.
