Windshield Repair Technician

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Windshield Repair Technicians. No prior experience is required, as we provide paid training in both repair techniques and sales skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct windshield repairs at customer locations using company-provided equipment

Engage with customers and offer additional services to increase sales

Transport necessary equipment, including a collapsible workbench, chair, and small ladder, to various job sites (a vehicle is required)

Meet or exceed sales targets to increase earning potential

Compensation:

Base salary of $15 per hour

Opportunity to earn $20 - $25 per hour once sales targets are met

Commission-based pay structure with potential for significant income growth

Requirements:

Must have a reliable vehicle to transport repair equipment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Willingness to learn and grow in a commission-based role

Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
