Labourers (Civil Construction)

We are seeking Civil Construction and General Construction Labourers to our team. This seasonal position will complete work in the Edmonton area. All candidates must have reliable transportation to travel to different job sites in various locations throughout greater Edmonton and surrounding municipalities.

Successful candidates will be required to perform tasks involving physical labour at open space construction projects and sites, and will be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment. Position is 10-12 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, and performs some or all of the following:

Responsibilities
Work in parks- trails- ravines- river valley- urban landscapes!
Cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
Lay sod or seed. Plant shrubs and trees.
Perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures.
Utilize concrete to form foundations/pads/. Build and position forms for pouring concrete, and dismantle forms after use.
Build retaining walls, paving stone installation, underground utility installation and other types of civil work.
