Construction Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support various construction activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the project duration.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
