Concrete Labourer

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Concrete Laborer. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with concrete, as well as a good understanding of construction safety practices.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris
Operate equipment such as concrete pumps, power screeds, and trowels
Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Install concrete forms and reinforcing materials
Perform general maintenance on tools and equipment
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Work independently or as part of a team
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in concrete work preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
