We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning work areas and equipment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
Support construction or manufacturing activities by preparing sites, mixing materials, or assisting skilled tradespeople.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions.
A valid driver’s license.
