Cashier/Server/Customer Service

We are looking for an energetic and team-oriented cashier/food server to join our wonderful team @ 561 Broadway, Vancouver.
Both part-time and full-time options are available.
Must have passion to deliver outstanding customer service.

As a cashier, you will collaborate with your teammates to prepare delivery and pick-up orders, and you will greet and serve customers with a positive attitude. A sense of urgency and attention to details is an asset, especially during busy times, to ensure that every customer order is prepared efficiently according to our standards. A positive attitude towards customers and teammates is also an asset as we strive to provide an outstanding customer service and keep a warm and friendly environment within the team.
The ideal candidate has some experience in customer service and in the food industry, is comfortable working at a fast-pace and is a team-player.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Prepare delivery and pick-up orders by cutting pizza, checking and adding toppings when required, and labelling boxes
- Ensure great and consistent presentation before pizzas and sides are served
- Maintain the workspace clean and organized at all times (sweep and mop when required, washroom included)
- Maintain the customer area clean and tidy at all times
- Operate according to the FoodSafety and health standards
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Restock all items to ensure smooth operations
- Occasionally help other departments with food preparation and cleaning during busy times

Requirements:

- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Stand and walk for the length of the shift
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a calm and collaborative attitude
- Ability to communicate in English is required
- Experience in customer service and food industry is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
