Job Overview
We are seeking 2 Treatment Coordinator Positions- first is a part time dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our Endodontic team Monday- Wednesday (No weekends)

Second- Monday- Friday with saturday rotation FULL time position in our general practice. experience in Cleardent an asset for both.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans and ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, as well as experience in a general or specialty dental office environment.

Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, managing the calendar efficiently to optimize patient flow.
Communicate with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
Educate patients about their treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
Assist in the office operations, including day end balancing ensuring a smooth workflow within the practice.
Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is required.
Familiarity with dental terminology and electronic dental software systems is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with patients and staff.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
