Job Description

Receptionist/Administrator Wanted part time Mondays for a busy music school in Etobicoke.

This part time position is for Mondays 2:45 pm to +:15 pm

Requirements include:

~ Excellent telephone and a welcoming in person manner

~ Superior organizational skills, focus and attention to detail

~ Superior professionalism and understanding of customer communication

~ Customer service skills and experience

~ Good typing skills

~ Computer savvy, some MS Word and Excel, basic math skills

~ Enjoy working with people

~ Enjoy a diverse variety of tasks throughout each day
