Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately with 5 star management
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system.
Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and filing.
Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with hospitality or hotel operations is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service to guests.

Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
