Medical Office Assistant

Growing multiple doctor specialist ( Respiratory) clinic hiring for multiple experienced Full time MOAs. This would be a Mon - Friday 8-4pm position. Consideration would be give to a 4 day work week for the right candidate.

This position would include all administrative duties of medical office including working a front desk, answering phones, calling patients, booking appointments, ordering testing, preparing charts, generating letters etc. Office uses Accuro and experience with this EMR program as well as meditech ( IHA) are beneficial.

Completion of MOA program is required. Strong computer skills are required and quick typing speed is essential. Positive team player is a must. Willingness to learn all elements/administrative tasks of the clinic Preference given to candidates with administration experience and and excellent references.
