Job Description

Job Overview
Kelowna Brow and Co is conveniently located in the heart of Pandosy. We are looking for graduates from the laser program and/or Aesthetics programs. Valid proof of certification required from accredited college. Must be fluent in English. Hours of work depend on clients booked with an average of 5-6 hours per day. Experience is an asset however not mandatory.

This position will be 10 hrs a week. Appropriate education for a laser technician is a must. Eagerness to coach and quick to learn is also an asset. We will provide full training.

Duties include performing treatments confidently on clients (services such as laser hair removal, and facials) as well as maintaining client confidentiality. Other duties include basic house keeping, booking clients, working in a team environment

Responsibilities

Conduct laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
Sanitate equipment and treatment areas before and after each session to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
Educate clients on the laser treatment process, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client progress.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client experiences.
Stay updated on the latest trends in laser technology and skincare practices.
Skills

Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the ability to promote services effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Attention to detail, ensuring all procedures are performed safely and accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
