Resort Help/ cleaner/ front desk

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Resort Help. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk.
Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Manage phone systems efficiently, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and available.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services throughout the resort.
Cleaning of cabins after check outs
Gardening
Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, but not needed.
Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment! We are an 11 cabin resort that is family owned with a small amount of staff. We re looking for someone to work Saturdays in July and August as well as cover time off, and some odd week day shifts as well. This job could lead to more hours if wanted. Training provided.
