Job Description:
As a Subcontractor Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning services on assigned jobs. You will be expected to maintain high cleanliness standards in residential spaces and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms laundry (sometimes), and trash removal.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas assigned.
Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
Ensure quality standards are met for each job.
Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or damage to the assigned area.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Work independently or as part of a team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar cleaning role (residential).
Ability to use cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, mop & bucket, etc.) and cleaning supplies effectively.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to work flexible hours (weekdays and holidays as needed).
Ability to pass background checks (police check vulnerable sector)
Must have own insurance coverage (e.g., liability, workers' compensation).
