JOB TITLE: SUMMER STUDENT - ENTRY LEVEL OFFICE POSITION

EMPLOYER: NEEGINAN EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, INC. (NETES)

WAGE AMOUNT: $17.80

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 2

POSITION TYPE: SUMMER, FULL-TIME, 37.5 HOURS/WEEK

Neeginan Education, Training and Employment Services, Inc. (NETES) provides summer employment placements to organizations throughout the community.

NETES is seeking a Summer Student for an Entry Level Office position. PLEASE NOTE - Positions are open to Community College or Post-Secondary students and all students must intend on returning to college or university in the fall of 2026.

Job Purpose:

To assist with general office duties as required.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Filing with numeric/alpha files including scanning documents.
Inputting data into databases.
May be required to assist with reception duties.
Performs general office duties including use and maintenance of all office equipment.
May assist with projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Education:

Previous experience an asset.
Experience with Microsoft Applications an asset.
Community College or Post-Secondary student.
