Position Available: Full Time Counter Sales – Winnipeg, MB
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Winnipeg team as a Counter Salesperson. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
Manage in-store displays, including seasonal transitions and product merchandising.
Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring proper stocking and rotation of products.
Maintain accurate pricing for all items to optimize sales opportunities.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory records as needed.
Keep the store environment clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Continuously expand product knowledge to better assist customers and meet their needs.
Utilize computer systems for order processing and inventory management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Retail background preferred, with proven experience in customer service.
Ability to lift 55 lbs (25 kg).
Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) and other relevant computer systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Willingness to be trained on forklift operation.
