Job Summary
Specifically focus on:
• Engage in project service delivery for existing or new projects/products.
• Interact with clients and process owners to gather requirements.
• Assist in Business Development/Proposal writing in response to RFP/RFQ - write approach and methodology, propose the most suitable technology and required manpower for the proposed solution for Client requirements.
• Deal with IT-related solutions and knowledge of the technical architecture of the products.
• As a writer of technical solutions, design Use case scenarios, map business processes, design UML, etc.
• Understand the requirements of the client and communicate & manage change from product & business teams.
• Assist and mentor junior team members in their daily work activities.
• Provide inputs on the latest technological changes in the market.
• Outreach to interact with national and international clients.
• Travel to national/international locations as required or when the pandemic situation improves.
• Any other duty as assigned by the line manager.

eGovernance, public sector consulting, IT consulting, ICT4D, eGovernment Consulting, Government IT implementation.
Required Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering (B-Tech/MCA).
• Having an MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
• Prior experience of 3 to 10 years in e-Governance/Business Analysis/Client-facing roles for IT projects in the Government Sector.
• Experience in at least 2-3 projects in the Government domain, preferably in Urban/Health/Education sectors.
• Exceptional report writing skills and skills in PowerPoint presentations.
• Knowledge of coding, MS Office, MS Visio, MS Projects is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive learning attitude.
• Working knowledge in pre-sales, bid-process management, and business development activities in the Government sector is an added advantage.
