The Assistant Manager - F&B Service plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, while maintaining Hyatt International standards and maximizing guest satisfaction.

• This includes assisting in managing daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.">
• Collaborating with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, productivity, and quality.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.">
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.">
