● Project Management: Oversee project timelines, delClient Engagement: Communicate technical concepts and decisions to a non-technical client audience. Furthermore, be able to speak to technical concepts at a deep level with PMs and Developers

● Solution Design: Translate client business requirements into a technical design that ensures high data quality and seamless user experience.

● Technical Leadership: Take on technical tasks, guiding the team in project design and integration efforts, while not necessarily engaging in code-based development work. This includes building Flows, System Architecture Diagrams, Connected Apps, Apex Test Classes, Test Scripts, and ensuring adherence to the project design and Salesforce best practices for all components developed.

● Salesforce Administration: Manage and configure Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client requirements. Perform all administrative tasks on the SFDC platform such as creating fields, configuring permissions, and User management. Advise on and support administrative and development best practices (both internally and client-facing), including development lifecycle management and environment management.

● Development Growth: Engage in development activities to enhance your Salesforce skills and contribute to the team's technical capabilities. This includes improving skills in: iverables, and client satisfaction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Understand project scope, and present solutions with recommendations and collaborating with Project Managers for strict adherence to scope. Manage administration of change orders when applicable.

● Collaboration: Work closely with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Actively pursue alignment with these resources, report on status of all assigned work regularly (daily).

● Generate Value: Understand MTG project lifecycles, typical engagement structures and work to provide value throughout all aspects of implementation, generating value by supporting the project teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining a strong billable utilization
