Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Thane for a Lead Data Manager. The Lead Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing data management activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, leading a team of data managers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support clinical trials.

Qualifications
• Data Management, Data Analysis, and Database Management skills
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Knowledge of clinical trial data standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant data management software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science)
• Clinical Research Certification (e.g., CCRA, CCRP) is a plus
