Operations Executive (Healthcare)

Job Title: Executive - Operations

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Field + Office Work)

● Strong data interpretation and reporting skills

● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

● Ability to handle escalations and daily operations

● Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Description:

● Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with Patient Care Specialists, doctors, and hospitals to manage patient admissions, discharges, and case-related processes.

● Insurance & Documentation Support : Coordinate with the Insurance Department to ensure accurate and timely submission of patient documents.

● Supply Chain & Vendor Management : Oversee the procurement and logistics of medical equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.

● Issue Resolution & Process Management : Handle operational escalations and support daily operations, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and SOP development.

● Network Expansion & Partnerships : Scout and onboard new hospital partners to expand the HexaHealth network.
