Oorjan, co-founded by IIT Mumbai (ISB, Berkeley, & Stanford) alumni, offers distributed solar solutions to end consumers - residential, commercial, and industrial rooftops. We provide turnkey projects with premium hardware and also offer financing to support the project capital through our financial partnerships with banks and private investors. Oorjan’s proprietary remote monitoring tools (IoT) track projects in real time, offering generation history and proactive maintenance alerts. Our projects can be monitored by customers, the maintenance team, and financing partners. In a remarkably short span of time, Oorjan has gained over 3,500 customers across 18 states and is experiencing rapid growth.

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Job Role

Proficient in working with PVsyst, Solidworks, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
1-2 years of experience in designing solar structures.
Possesses an excellent academic background and a comprehensive understanding of rooftop and ground-mount solar structures.
Able to anticipate questions and provide solutions as part of your role.
Capable of managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrates innovation by following defined processes while continuously seeking improvements.
Enjoys working in a team and willingly contributes to, as well as benefits from, a continuous learning environment.
Identifies with and demonstrates Oorjan's values as an integral part of our team.
