Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Manage budgeting processes and assist in forecasting financial performance.
Utilize Quickbooks and other accounting software for efficient financial management.
Conduct bank reconciliation to verify account balances and transactions.
Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Execute financial auditing tasks to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate processing of employee compensation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, budgeting, and financial auditing processes.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks.
Familiarity with payroll processing and accounts payable functions.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
