Role Responsibilities
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures that align with company standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Conduct comprehensive business studies focusing on financial forecasting and trends.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Manage budgets effectively by coordinating with various departments.
• Perform variance analysis to track financial performance against budgets.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precise data reporting.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow and devise strategies to improve liquidity.
• Support the development of annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify areas for process enhancement to improve financial reporting.
• Engage with clients to address their queries regarding financial positions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accountancy and business studies.
• Train and mentor junior staff on accounting procedures and software.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Studies.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Adaptive and willing to learn new accounting technologies.
• Experience with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage deadlines.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.
• Working knowledge of tax regulations is a plus.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
