About the role

We are seeking talented Senior Business Analyst's to lead the articulation of needs, context, and rationale for complex IT, product, and compliance changes. You will enable balanced decision-making and ensure successful delivery of business value.

We currently have a permanent and fixed term opportunity (12 months). These roles offer the chance to work on complex projects, driving innovation and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis and description of complex work using multiple concepts (value, context, change, need, solution, stakeholders).
Break down prioritised changes into logical, achievable parts, and describe work at the necessary level of detail for various stakeholders.
Facilitate shared understanding of expected value, customer experience, constraints, and impacts of potential changes on people, process, and technology.
Contribute to delivery success with business analysis expertise and a 'what else can I help with' attitude.
Adopt a coaching role within the BA Practice and be recognised as a go-to person for business and analysis knowledge.
About you:

The perfect fit for this position is an imaginative and forward-thinking individual who possesses:

Agile-specific certifications such as SAFe Practitioner or ICAgile accreditation.
Extensive experience in a Business Analyst role in a commercial environment.
Experience working across products and product lifecycles with proven success in delivering business analysis in both business and technical programmes of work.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Ability to multi-task, context switch and effectively manage delivery priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond to support the team in achieving successful delivery outcomes.
