About the role
Lead IT supplier management, drive enterprise solutions, and collaborate with senior stakeholders in the newly created role. Play a key role as you oversee the technology service providers to ensure IT services are aligned with business goals. You will drive supplier performance, optimise costs, and champion innovation while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong supplier partnerships & oversee performance
Manage IT budgets & drive cost-saving opportunities
Ensure contracts meet security & compliance standards
Identify cutting-edge IT solutions & support digital transformation
About you
Ideally you bring 7+ years of ICT experience, strong leadership, and contract management expertise, with a passion for innovation and efficiency.
Strong stakeholder & supplier management skills
Experience with commercial contract negotiation and contract management in an IT or business environment
Leadership and personnel development experience
Proven experience in IT service delivery & operations including management and measurement of suppliers against KPIs, targets and SLAs.
Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
Preferred: Certifications, ITIL/ITSM expertise, energy sector experience.
