We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update client data in company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Verify accuracy of data before inputting and correct any errors.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Organize and maintain digital and paper records.
Retrieve data as requested for reports and analysis.
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to data management.
Communicate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Follow company procedures and data protection policies.
