As a Retail Sales Consultant at Lenstrack, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers" shopping experience. This position is ideal for recent BBA or MBA graduates who are eager to start or advance their careers in retail and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
Maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Deliver exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:
For BBA Graduates: Recent graduates with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
For MBA Graduates: Recent graduates with a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and sales.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
