Job Title Project Manager for AI in Healthcare
Location Faridabad, Haryana
Required Number 1
Qualification Bachelor’s degree, Courses in Project Management and Healthcare Administration, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare and/or AI projects.
Previous experience managing projects that involve machine learning, data analytics, or digital health initiatives is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), and electronic health record (EHR) integration.
Comfortable working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Should have used the Gen AI based tools, like Chat GPT effectively, for productivity enhancement
Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and convey project status to stakeholders
Preferred Skills
Technical Exposure: Prior hands-on experience with Generative AI or data science tools and platforms (Python, TensorFlow, R) is a plus
Healthcare Expertise: Knowledge of clinical workflows, patient management systems, and current trends in digital health
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for AI healthcare initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and budget management to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as liaison between faculty, developers, healthcare providers, and students to align project goals with requirements.
Risk Management: Identify, document, and mitigate potential risks to the project, keeping teams and stakeholders informed
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report project progress to management and stakeholders, providing regular updates
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process flows, requirements, meeting notes, and evaluations
