Network Engineer L3

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer to manage and support our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, Citrix Load Balancer, and Wireless technologies, and possess strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for critical network issues and escalations.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches.
• Maintain and support Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer infrastructure.
• Administer and support wireless network infrastructure (Cisco Wireless Controllers, Access Points, etc.).
• Monitor network performance, ensure optimal uptime and minimal latency.
• Implement and maintain network security controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and deployment projects.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and provide incident documentation.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and SOPs.
• Provide on-call support as part of a rotational schedule.

Technical Skills Required:
• Cisco Routing & Switching (R&S) – Advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning
• Citrix Load Balancer (NetScaler) – Configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Wireless Networking – Cisco WLC, AP deployment, wireless security (802.1x, WPA2/3)
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPN, and remote access solutions
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and change management
• Certifications like CCNP (Routing & Switching / Enterprise) or Citrix Certified Associate – Networking (CCA-N) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
