Purchase Head - Liquior

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the procurement of raw materials such as concentrates, flavors, sweeteners, and other ingredients used in beverage production.
• Source and manage vendors for packaging materials like bottles, cans, caps, labels, and cartons.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors to optimize cost without compromising quality.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing needs based on production schedules and seasonal demand.
• Coordinate closely with production, R&D, and quality control teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.) in the procurement process.
• Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier developments in the beverage sector.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory.
• Lead and mentor the purchase team for smooth departmental functioning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
