Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. IT Recruiter located in Jaipur. The Sr. IT Recruiter will handle full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring qualified IT professionals. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. The Sr. IT Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of roles.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus

CTC Criteria :- Between 3.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA.
