We’re looking for a seasoned leader to take charge of complex, high-impact projects in one of the most dynamic sectors today — hospitality and retail infrastructure. As DGM – Projects & Maintenance, you'll be at the forefront of shaping exceptional customer spaces and driving operational excellence across multiple locations.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• ???? Lead and manage end-to-end project execution — from blueprint to grand opening — ensuring brand standards, quality, and timelines are met without compromise.
• ???? Review architectural and engineering designs for feasibility, consistency, innovation, and cost-effectiveness.
• ???? Act as the bridge between vision and execution, working cross-functionally with design, procurement, operations, and finance teams.
• ???? Build and manage a strong vendor ecosystem for critical systems like HVAC, kitchen equipment, lighting, etc.
• ???? Drive procurement coordination and ensure smooth installation of owner-supplied systems and assets.
• ???? Champion value engineering to deliver premium quality while optimizing costs and resources.
• ???? Keep an eye on emerging trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes and design excellence.
• ???? Lead the maintenance function across locations – overseeing assets, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations with a focus on uptime and efficiency.
• ???? Manage multi-shift teams, ensuring smooth operations, preventive maintenance, and fast response to technical issues.
• ???? Spearhead expansion, refurbishment, and upgrade projects, turning spaces into experiences that wow.
