Responsibilities

Analysing and understanding the operations of automotive refrigeration and AC systems;

Diagnosing malfunctions and defects in equipment;

Reading and analysing electrical and electronic schematics;

Operating tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems;

Performing work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with company standards;

Providing accurate estimates of work and parts required;

Maintaining constant communication with workshop controller;

Completing all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures;

Documenting all work performed and findings on repair orders and inspection sheets;

Achieving the production objectives set by management;

Providing the administrative assistance necessary to complete the repairs;

Maintaining communication with parts department on status and/or parts;

Maintaining tools and equipment in a proper state for repairs, and keeping assigned workspace organized and clean at all times;

Maintaining a high level of personal hygiene and appearance, and adhering to high working ethical standards in all actions.
