Hiring - BMS System Engineer | Technical Lead

Responsibilities

a. Involves understanding the specification and preparing BMS System Specification

b. Prepare the documents and get them approved by internal stakeholders.

c. Participation in customer meetings, understanding the RFQ and preparing the technical offer.

d. Conduct Design reviews and DFMEA

e. Engage with Functional safety team.

f. Participate in customer meetings, raising clarifications.

Participate in CFT meetings

Qualifications

a. B. E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/ Instrumentation with 8 - 10 years of experience in design, development & testing of Instrument Clusters / Driver Information Systems / Telematics Modules / Infotainment Systems

b. Good understanding to create system specification and design on BMS system based on its subsystems.

c. Must be able to de-compose customer requirements into system, software and hardware requirements.

d. Actively participated and engaged with the customer in technical discussions.

e. Must have good understanding in cells and battery characteristics and their chemistry.

f. Should be able define test environment and test criteria for BMS specification that we develop.

g. System Design validation techniques to confirm the system requirements are complied.

h. Good understanding of Embedded system, hardware and Thermal Management.

i. Should be able to understand bigger pictures and provide complete solution with our existing products.

j. Excellent communication skills.
