Acquisition and Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Acquisition and Growth Specialist to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to expand existing relationships, and ensuring seamless access to other group companies' products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree and 2-3 years of experience in liabilities sales. They should possess a strong customer orientation, high energy, and drive. AMFI and IRDA certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Key responsibilities include tracking customer complaints, queries, and turnaround times for customer satisfaction, maintaining an average quarterly balance, and conducting regular promotional and customer events.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts
