We are seeking an experienced Sr. Production Manager responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Production process, ensuring high production efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery of products. This leadership role involves coordinating teams, optimizing production workflows, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvements in production processes.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large production teams, implementing Lean production and Six Sigma methodologies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing production schedules, collaborating with departments, prioritizing production tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.
