E- Commerce Operation Associate

Shoolin Business (Dalmia IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a fast-growing company in the field of Research, Analytics, Strategy & E-Commerce.

We are looking for a competent E- Commerce Operation Associate to join our Team who will be responsible for managing the platforms and global marketplaces.
• Main Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the e Commerce market place including, business planning,
content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online
marketing activities, and customer service.
- Complete oversight of operations including listing, order management and
Inventory.
- Manage all online activities with respect to traffic acquisition, online presence and
visibility, conversion, managing internal data sources, margins, and reporting.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure
smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, Client’s opportunities, channels,
products, and competitors.
- Supervise all activities and product assortment development
- Ensure the prices of the products and the offers on the marketplaces are updated
and there is quality control.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Create potential customer base, sales and satisfaction across India and Global
markets and territories and enhance the customer experience, ensure customer
order fulfilment. Analyze data from market and consumer studies to generate
commercial insights
- Ensure to make a proper scheduling of deliveries and coordinate well with the
delivery team to avoid getting delays.
- Prepare various reports to check the stocks of the products. Identify and report on
key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.

• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
