FIFO Diesel Mechanic – Pilbara Region​

We are seeking skilled Diesel Mechanics to join our team in the Pilbara region on a FIFO basis. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel machinery in a mining environment. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy mobile plant equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, etc.).
Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Work independently and collaboratively to ensure equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Location: Pilbara Region, Western Australia​

Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off

Working Hours: 11-hour days, with the possibility of extending to 12 hours

Duration: 8-month plus contract

Requirements:

✔ Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel/Plant Mechanic)
✔ White Card & Valid Driver’s License
✔ Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi equipment & Road Trucks
✔ Strong troubleshooting & safety focus
✔ Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and LABDAS (Drug & Alcohol Screening)
